A Licensed Builder With Years of Experience

Douglas was born and raised on the Tutukaka Coast of New Zealand, and has returned to raise his own family.  Douglas has been perfecting his craft for the last 20 years throughout North America, Oceania, and the Pacific.  He initially started in boat building, but later transitioned to custom homes, churches, and resorts.  His ability to achieve a Western World Standard in developing nations has earned him the reputation for getting things done when no one else can.  With a keen aesthetic eye, Douglas brings more than just a builders mentality to any project.

As a fully-licensed professional, Douglas and his Team are ready to tackle anything from the most complex and large scale construction projects to the smallest of remodels.

Charlotte is originally from California in the United States.  She serves as Account Manager, Marketing, Webmaster, business administration, and Domestic Engineer for McAulay Construction.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Charlotte has worked for Fortune 100 companies, Inter-governmental Organizations, and volunteered with Nonprofits doing everything from sales and marketing to logistics.
